Regarded as a tribute to our Mom (Leonarda) we decided to hook up her name in the shop, and from there... “LEONARDAS” was born.

We recognized that there's still a market for Real Filipino Heirloom Cuisine since a lot of local tourists and balikbayans are coming in and out of Tagaytay looking for a unique food and travel experience.
