📌 UPDATED TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Non-Cosplayer Fee
Non-cosplayers are REQUIRED to add ₱300 to the rental fee for branded costumes and ₱200 for unbranded costumes. An assurance fee of ₱1,000 is STRICTLY REQUIRED. No exceptions.

2. Video Requirement
A clear unedited video must be recorded immediately upon receiving the item as proof of its condition. Failure to provide a video means all issues reported after claiming will NOT be acknowledged.

3. No Cancellations
Once payment is completed, cancellations are NOT allowed. All down payments (DP) are STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.

4. Deposit Fee
A refundable deposit is mandatory upon claiming the item or prior to shipment. The deposit will be returned only after the item has been thoroughly inspected and confirmed to be in its original, undamaged condition. Any damage, alteration, or loss will result in partial or full forfeiture of the deposit, at the sole discretion of the rental provider, without exception.

5. Rental Period
Costumes must be returned on or before the agreed date and time. Late returns will automatically incur a ₱250-₱300 per day penalty. I will only give one reminder.

6. Valid ID Required
A valid government-issued ID is REQUIRED for verification before release of the item. No ID, no rental. Please refer to the comment section for accepted IDs.

7. Cleaning Fees
DO NOT wash the costumes. Cleaning fees ranging from ₱80–₱400 will be charged depending on the condition of the item upon return.

8. Renters are fully liable for any damage, alteration, or loss of the costume. Charges will range from 60% of the costume’s value up to 100% of the full replacement cost for made-to-order items, in addition to applicable shipping and inconvenience fees.

9. Wig Repair Fees
Tangled or damaged wigs will be charged as follows:
• Short wigs: 150-199
• Long wigs: 200-400
• Clip-on wigs: ₱100 each

10. Lost or Damaged Ziplocks
Replacement fees apply:
• Large – ₱80
• Medium – ₱70
• Small – ₱65
• Super Small (Accessories) – ₱10

11. Strictly One User Only
The rented costume is for ONE USER ONLY. Lending, sharing, or allowing another person to wear the costume is strictly prohibited and may result in penalties.

12. Hygiene Requirement
Proper hygiene is mandatory. Renters must use deodorant and necessary hygiene products when wearing the costume failure to do so will cost extra cleaning fee.

13. Rush Order Fees
Rush fees will be applied as follows:
• 2 days before event/shipment: ₱100–₱200
• 1 day before event/shipment: ₱200–₱300
• Same-day pickup/delivery: ₱300–₱500
(Final fee depends on the costume and preparation required.)

14. Credit Requirement
Properly credit Mari’s Costume Rental when posting photos using rented costumes.

Regardless of how long you have been inquiring, items will not be reserved unless payment has been made. This means we operate on a payment-first rental policy before any fixing or preparation of the costume begins.
