Year-End Reflections from Your Baguio Host ๐ค
Maulan man o maaraw โโ๏ธ, many of you chose us among the many aesthetic and affordable units here in Baguio.
This year, we witnessed countless stories unfold within our spaces,students quietly grinding for their board exams ๐, professionals preparing for life-changing job interviews ๐ผ, besties trying to conquer the mountains of the Cordillera ๐๏ธ, families creating priceless memories ๐จโ๐ฉโ๐งโ๐ฆ, couples stepping into new chapters of their lives ๐, and souls finding clarity and peace in the City of Pines ๐ฒ.
Whatever your reason for visiting, from the bottom of our hearts, thank you for choosing us as your host in Baguio ๐ค Nothing makes us happier than seeing guests check out with smiles ๐ and hoping to stay with us again. Every time we receive inquiries saying they were referred by friends, we feel we are on the right track and slowly building a community of returning guests โจ.
That said, we also acknowledge the challenges this year brought. There were mishaps...some holidays were not as expected, and some guests felt disappointed with our service. There were moments when we hesitated to open messages or read reviews, knowing we may have fallen short. Even after three years of hosting, and years in the hospitality industry, we humbly admit there is still so much room for improvement ๐.
Each season, we reflect deeply on guest reviews, experiences, suggestions, and remarksโusing them as our guide to provide the kind of stay our guests truly deserve. We also began partnering with other units to offer a wider range of options to suit different preferences. This is still a work in progress, but we are committed to making it better ๐งโจ.
