🔐 RESERVATION POLICY – Please Read Carefully

1️⃣ NO Downpayment, NO Reservation – Strictly implemented.
2️⃣ A 20% downpayment of the total amount or php1000 (whichever is higher) is required to secure your booking.
3️⃣ Cancellation is NOT allowed once a reservation is made.
4️⃣ No Booking Confirmation, No Check-In will be allowed.
5️⃣ Downpayment is non-refundable but re bookable.
6️⃣ We allow ONE-TIME rebooking only.
🔁 If the rebooked schedule is cancelled, the downpayment will be forfeited.
7️⃣ Additional charges apply for guests not included in the original reservation.
8️⃣ Please do a LEGIT check before sending payment. Tag us when posting for verification.
9️⃣ Modes of Payment:

🔒 SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY
A ₱1,000 security deposit will be collected upon check-in. This will be refunded 3 hours after check-out time (11:00 AM), provided there are no damages, missing items, or violations of house rules.
