New batch of Kiniing

At first, I thought making kiniing was simple. But the more I learned, the more I realized that kiniing is an art, one that takes patience, respect for tradition, and a lot of guidance from people who know it best.

Maraming salamat sa lahat ng nagturo, nag-guide, at nag-share ng ideas. Malaking tulong kayo sa every batch na ginagawa ko. 🙏
Still learning, still improving, and proud to keep this craft alive. ❤️

Not sure what to cook with kiniing?
One of the best ways to enjoy it is to keep it simple.
Sauté a little garlic in olive oil, add thin slices of kiniing, season with a splash of oyster sauce and a little black pepper, then add fresh spinach. Cook just until the spinach softens.
That's it. Simple, smoky, savory, and perfect with a bowl of hot rice. 🍚
