RESERVATION POLICY:
- A 50% deposit of the total cost is required to secure your reservation.
- Please review our Cancellation

Policy below. Securing your reservation with deposit means you accept the terms of our Cancellation Policy.
- The remaining balance of your total room cost is due upon Check-in at the hotel. WE ACCEPT CASH, CHECK, BANK DEPOSIT, CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS, AND GCASH. CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT PROCEDURE:
- Our check-in time is at 2:00pm and check-out is at 12:00 noon time. Extension of check-out time until 6:00pm is subject to room availability and will be charged ₱200/hour. Check-out after 6:00pm is subject to one (1) night room charge at contracted rate. CANCELLATION/NO-SHOW POLICY:
- All reservation is held until 6:00pm, unless one night stay is guaranteed by confirmation letter or a deposit. No cancellation fee will be charged on cancellations received by the hotel 24 hours prior to arrival date.
- For cancellation received less than 24 hours prior to arrival date, or in the event of no show, 1 night contracted room rate will be charged. Cancellations should be made in writing. No show must be paid without reliance on billed vouchers since as the clients did not arrive in the resort, no voucher or confirmation letter will be submitted when invoicing.
- Revisions such as early check-out (shortened stay) will be charged for the whole duration of the stay as stated in the final invoicing. CHILDREN POLICY:
- No additional room charges for children under 6 years old, sharing the room with parents without extra bed or breakfast. PETS POLICY:
- Pets are permitted in the resort premises and hotel rooms.

*Please note that our services will still be limited. Front desk and housekeeping will be available from 8am-5pm only. For Check-in time before 8am or after 5pm, Reservation is required for proper endorsement.
