Position: Utility Staff / General Helper

✅ Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of office/work areas, facilities, and surroundings

• Dispose of waste properly and sanitize common areas regularly

• Assist in moving, arranging, or organizing equipment, furniture, and supplies

• Perform basic maintenance checks and report repairs needed

• Help with other general tasks as assigned by the supervisor

📋 Qualifications:

• At least Elementary or High School graduate

• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks

• Hardworking, honest, reliable, and willing to work flexible hours

• Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or utility work is an advantage but not required

• Willing to be trained
