Hotel Felomina is owned by Barili native, Josefina Arcay, RN, BSN who became a resident of the United States in 1983.

This land has been owned by the Buenavista family for decades and is now being transformed into a beautiful getaway full of special experiences. The Hotel Felomina is currently in process of construction and is expected to be completed by early 2020.
