The Pelicans Resort is strategically located in the middle of Sitio Ligtasin, Brgy. Luyahan Lian, Batangas with some sense of exclusivity in a very secured lot where tourists both local and foreigners can enjoy an ambiance of farm and ocean (beach) lifestyle. 'The Pelicans' is located at the western part of the famous Matabungkay Beach. The homeowners in the area are mostly prominent businessmen, diplomats and politicians.
