We’re excited to host you! Please read our house rules before booking to ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable stay for everyone.
📌 Important Reminders
• Respect the property, neighbors, and house rules at all times
• Violations may lead to charges, deposit forfeiture, or cancellation
• Message us in advance for any special requests
🔐 Guest Verification
Valid government-issued IDs are required for all guests before check-in. IDs will be verified upon arrival.
💰 Security Deposit
A ₱2,000 refundable deposit is required upon arrival (refunded if no damages/rule violations).
Host-assisted check-in only (no self check-in).
🚭 No Smoking Indoors
Smoking/vaping allowed only outside (₱500 penalty if violated).
👥 Registered Guests Only
Visitors allowed until 9:00 PM only. Overnight guests must be declared (₱500 per extra guest).
🚫 No Parties / Liquor / Drugs
Strictly prohibited. Quiet hours: 9:30 PM – 7:00 AM.
🧹 Cleanliness
Keep the space clean and dispose of trash properly (segregate wet & dry waste).
🐾 No Pets (Unless Approved)
Pets must be approved and are only allowed in the terrace area.
🍳 Light Cooking Allowed
Clean kitchen, wash dishes, and don’t leave leftovers.
🔒 Security Reminder
Lock doors/windows and keep belongings safe. Management not liable for lost items.
💡 Utilities
Turn off lights, AC, and appliances when not in use.
📶 Wi-Fi Use
No illegal or inappropriate activity.
🎮 PS4 Use (Free Bonus!)
Use with care. No downloads or removal of items. Damages/loss = charges.
🧼 Long Stay Cleaning
Free light cleaning for stays 14+ nights. Extra cleaning: ₱850.
