Harvest #2 is in, and we couldn't be prouder.

What started as a small corner of our hotel grounds has grown into something we look forward to every week. Today marks our second harvest of fresh pechay, all grown right here on-site with care, patience, and a lot of early mornings.

There’s something special about serving guests food that came from just a few meters away. No long transport, no unnecessary packaging, just greens picked at their peak and brought straight to the kitchen. It’s our small way of keeping things fresh, sustainable, and closer to home.

To our masipag na tatay Noel who helped plant, water, and tend to this garden — thank you.

Here's to more harvests, more growth, and more reasons to keep building something sustainable together.
