We would like to remind all our valued guests to please respect our home and follow our house rules during your stay.
Our place is designed to be a clean, relaxing, and comfortable space for everyone. We kindly ask all guests to practice basic cleanliness and responsibility.

‼️Dispose of garbage properly
‼️Clean up after eating and avoid leaving dirty dishes
‼️Keep the house organized and tidy at all times
‼️Before check-out, ensure the space is in good condition
‼️No Smoking inside the unit
‼️Alterations & Damage: Do not move, rearrange, modify, or damage any furniture, fixtures, walls, electrical wiring, or equipment. Any damage will be charged to the guest.
‼️Utility Usage: Conserve water and electricity. Turn off lights, fans, air conditioners, and water taps when not in use or when leaving the room.

🔥🐾 PET POLICY🔥
✅ Permissions & Restrictions
• Prior Notice: You must inform us and get approval before bringing any pet. Pets are not allowed without prior consent.
• Allowed Pets: Only dog and cat are permitted. Other animals such as birds, reptiles, or exotic pets are strictly prohibited.
• Maximum of 1 pet per unit.Breeds are allowed provided they are docile and non-aggressive.
• Pregnant or nursing animals are not allowed.
• Pet Fee: 350 per night / per pet
📍 Rules Inside & Outside the Unit📍
◦ Pets must be supervised at all times. Do not leave them unattended for long periods.
◦ Use pet crates, leashes, or designated bedding. Pets are not allowed on beds, pillows, sofas, or chairs.
◦ Keep it clean: Immediately clean up waste, urine, or any mess. Use plastic bags and dispose of waste properly.
◦ Do not feed pets or let them drink from our utensils or cookware. Please bring your own pet bowls.
❌ PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
❌ Bringing sick, injured, or contagious pets
❌ Leaving waste or uncleaned mess behind
❌ Chewing, scratching, or damaging furniture, floors, walls, or wiring
❌ Letting pets wander freely outside your rented area
⚖️ Owner’s Liability
• You are fully responsible for any injury, bites, damage, disease transmission, or disturbance caused by your pet.
• Any damage, loss, or extra cleaning required will be deducted from your deposit or charged to you in full.
• Violation of any rule gives us the right to terminate your stay immediately
🔥‼️VISITOR POLICY – ACCOMMODATION
✅ General Rules & Approval
• Prior Permission Required: All visitors must be registered and approved by management before entering. No unannounced guests or visitors allowed.
• Definition: Visitor = anyone not listed in your booking.
• Limit: Maximum 2-3 visitors at a time
🕒 Allowed Hours
• Visiting hours: 2:00 pm – 10:00PM ONLY
• Strictly NO visitors after 10:00 PM; anyone staying past this time is considered an extra guest and will be charged accordingly.
• Overnight stay: NOT allowed unless pre-approved and paid as extra person.
Visitors are allowed; however, group gatherings such as eating together or any similar activities will not be considered as simple visits and are strictly prohibited.
• You are fully responsible for your visitors’ conduct, safety, and compliance with all rules.
🚫 Prohibited Activities
❌ Leaving waste, trash, or unclean items behind
❌ Tampering with locks, appliances, fixtures, or property
• Overnight charge: Full extra guest rate applies if staying past 10:00 pm
• We reserve the right to refuse entry or es**rt out any visitor causing disturbance or risk.
