Monday at Kagay-an Resort 🌿💦
Today, our Sanitation and Ground Maintenance Lifeguards came together as one team as Kagay-an Resort was temporarily closed for general cleaning and pool maintenance.
Despite the closure, our office remained open to everyone, allowing staff to freely come in, deliver their various concerns, and openly discuss ideas, suggestions, and possible improvements for the resort.
As a Supervisor, I make it a point to ensure that their voices and insights are heard, valued, and that they are actively involved in crafting better ways forward for the good of our workplace.
We are also grateful for the constant presence, guidance, and support of our KR Manager, Ms. Gilda B. Casiño, who continues to listen, encourage, and stand with the team in building a stronger and more united Kagay-an Resort.
Together, we clean, we improve, and we grow. 💙✨
