✪ If you decide to book with us and wants to have an access to pool amenities, you have to let us know and settle any payments needed at least two (2) days before your booking date as we have to process the request at Cambridge Admin.
Pool Access: Tuesday - Sunday between 9:00am - 9:00pm
✪ For Long Term Staycation of At least three (3) days or more, Cleaning and changes of Linens will be allowed at cost upon request depending on number of days of booking. Kindly notify us at least one (1) day in advance. Changes of Linens will be scheduled between 12:00nn-3:00pm.
✪ Upon booking with us, we will be asking the following personal information:
✤ Date of Birth: For the purpose of setting up the lock box password
✤ Names of Guests: For the purpose of letting the Cambridge Admin that you will be our guest on your staycation date.

✪✪✪ FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ✪✪✪
✤ Q: Where are you located?
✤ A: We are located at 'One Cornell Building, Cambridge Village, East Bank Road, San Andres, Cainta, Rizal', Unit number will only be disclosed after you confirmed your booking with us.
✤ Q: Do you have free parking?
✤ A: No we do not. You'll have to park at Cambridge Parking Building with P10.00 per hour parking rate.
✤ Q: Does the pool access is included in the package?
✤ A: Pool access is Optional. Its availability is EVERYDAY EXCEPT MONDAY between the hours of 9:00am - 9:00pm, Free Pool access for the first three (3) persons and toddlers with 3ft/2years old and below, for the excess persons who would like to have a pool access, there will be a fee required by Cambridge Admin amounting P200.00 per person per day. You have to let us know at least two (2) days before your booking date as we have to process the pool access in Cambridge Admin for approval of request.
✤ Q: Can we request for an additional bed for other guests?
✤ A: We do not provide additional bed. We only have 3 double-size bed mattress in the bedroom and 1 double-size airbed mattress that you can setup and use in the living room at your discretion. However, if you still wish to have an additional bed, you may bring your own airbed or folding bed with you and you can place it in the dining area.
✤ Q: Does smoking inside the premises allowed?
✤ A: Va**ng is the only thing that we allowed, Smoking e-ci******es or ci******es will not and never be allowed inside the unit. Failure to comply will be penalized amounting P15,000.00.
✤ Q: Do you charge for additional person to stay?
✤ A: No, we do not. Our Base price is fixed regardless of how many persons are planning to stay in our unit but of course, we highly encourage not to exceed the person to twelve (12) as it may become uncomfortable on your part during your staycation and our unit is a loft-type with only forty square meters (40 sq.m.).
