The books.
The old building.
The city right outside our windows.

But more often than not, what stays with them are the people who make sure they feel safe, comfortable, cared for, and heard.

Behind every clean room, every thoughtful recommendation, every warm welcome, and every little detail is a small team that cares deeply about what they do.

To Karen, Christy, Mark, Rhea, and to everyone who happened to be off duty when these photos were taken, thank you.
