Do not remove or take home any items from the unit – theft will be handled under Philippine criminal law
Turn off air-conditioners, lights, and appliances (except the refrigerator and wifi router) when leaving for more than 1 hour and when you check out
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM - Strictly implemented by rounding guards
Do not leave shoes or personal items in hallways – use the indoor shoe rack
Garbage disposal:
Use the collection area in Basement 1
Do not leave garbage in hallways or common areas
Dry off completely before using the elevator after swimming – use poolside changing rooms
No eating or drinking inside the bedroom
Wash all dishes and cookware used before check-out (Clean as you go)
Report any damages or maintenance issues immediately
Do not use products that stain linens or towels, including skin whitening products, hair dyes, and oils.
Fees will be charged for stained linens or towels
