Qualifications:
- A graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Behavioral Science or Psychology, or any related field.
- Genuinely loves and cares about people
- Knowledgeable about Labor Laws
- Has experience in crafting Performance Evaluation and Management Plans
- Has considerable experience in Recruitment & Selection, Compensation & Benefits, Training & Development and Employee Relations.
- Gentle, Personable, Firm
- Highly Observant, Analytical.
- Open-minded, with a sense of humor
- Experienced either as Assistant Manager or Manager for at least 3-5 years in similar work in a resort/hotel setting.

Storekeeper Duties and Responsibilities

- Ensure accuracy of the facility’s inventory system (food, beverage and general supplies) by updating records of physical inventory totals, receipts, adjustments and returns.
- Manage inventory/supplies and ensure that they are within the established minimum and maximum par levels.
- Keep up to-date records of receipts, records, and withdrawals from the storeroom.
- Maintain FIFO system with strict implementation of store issuances based on the given schedule.
- Monitor and report slow-moving and non-moving items in the storeroom as well as the expiration (near expiry) of the items.
- Track and follow up purchase requisitions base on the given lead time and delivery date.
- Maintain proper order, cleanliness and proper storing of the storeroom items.

Other Duties:

- Take delivery of all incoming materials and reconcile with purchase orders and ensure that received items are with in the standards.
- Track, document, and resolve any discrepancies on received orders, whenever it arises.
- Other duties may be designated by the immediate superior/department head
