Designed to meet the needs of the modern traveler, the Flying Fish combines comfort, convenience, design and the renowned Filipino hospitality and service at a price that’s more than worth it. The Flying Fish Hostel is located close to the city’s airport and two major sea ports. Various health and wellness spa, beachside restaurants, bars and Dumaguete’s bustling downtown area are never more than

10 minutes away. Having travelled and stayed at hostels so numerous that we have lost count of them, we knew exactly what we wanted as elements in building a hostel – and this is what we created for you. We bore in mind the most important elements that you desire: cleanliness, privacy, comfort and affordability. Thus, all dorms have all the standard amenities: private lockers, big clean and comfy beds with fresh linens, a privacy curtain, outlets, a private shelf on each bed, and a private reading lamp. For those who would like to enjoy perhaps even more privacy, we offer the two private rooms that come with its own bathroom. The common area of the hotel is an inviting and warm place where travelers can enjoy meeting fellow travelers and share stories and experiences over beer or coffee. It’s a great place to make good friends and even better memories. Around the hostel premises are two gardens, designed for those who would like to take things slow and reflect.
