Q: Resort Operating Hours:
A: Sicolon Cove Resort operates daily from 7 AM to 6 PM. Overnight stays are not permitted. The resort is open 365 days a year, allowing for year-round visits.
Q: Payment Methods:
A: The resort accepts payments through BDO, GCash, or online banking. After making a payment, send a screenshot or photo of the receipt to their Messenger for confirmation.
Q: What if I cancel my reservation even after paying in full?
A: If you cancel your reservation before the date specified, we will charge you Php 1,000 and refund the difference. However, if you cancel on the day of the reservation, we will not give you any refund.
Q: Where is the beach resort located?
A: It is located at 888 Sicolon, Mauswagon, Laguindingan, Misamis Oriental. Right beside the Philippine Coast Guard Regional Training Center Laguindingan.

Q: How to Check High Tide Times?
A: Sicolon Cove Resort does not provide a public tide schedule. However, they frequently post daily tide information on their page, which you can monitor for updates. Alternatively, you can contact the resort directly at 0917 771 2121 or 0939 939 6933 to inquire about specific high tide times for your intended visit.
Q: Do you allow occular visits?
A: We don't allow occular visits anymore since guests often complain about it, they don't like people watching over them.
