There is an opportunity also arising for one more renter to come in with 2 Filipino girls to bring the occupancy to 3 and each rent would be 8,333 php on terms set out.

How we started out at 1417 Torre sur with a 21 hour flight ✈️ from England and boxes on a slow boat to China
Now retired in the Philippines its time for us to move on ,hence 1417 is up for rent.

Unit 1417 is now up for viewing

As you will have already seen this page or you will have been given a slip of paper with details to get you to this page.

The accomodation is aimed at Ladies, ladies choice .
A prime condo unit near to work or to those studying at the Hospital, students, or workers in the area, for someone wanting a long let , 6 and 12 month contract for stability.

The unit is furnished and has been fully decorated.

It caters for all needs and would suit lady students studying, or ladies working in the area.

As stated below in previous posts you can get fit in a gym , relax in a pool or study with free Wifi in the study room all is on the 6th floor and comes with the rental of the unit.

All furnishings are new or of good quality.

The price is 25,000 pesos a month , again that is set out in previous posts .

How do I split the costs think 🤔?

Well if your single then theres 25,000 peso to find each month, but the unit will sleep and cater for up to 3 persons
Everything is set for up to 3 occupants .
New bunk beds and new bedding and a sofa bed with bedding also .

So it's possible to divide the 25,000 peso by 3
So reducing each monthly rent with 3 sharing to 8,333 peso each a month .
1 month returnable deposit one month rent in advance.

The overall electric bill can be less then 1,500 php with care and water a month around 150 php.
Torre Sur security require the purchase of a security door pass card per person at 350 peso that is your own cost

Which covers the security gym door and the reception door.
Security is 24 hours and reception, which makes this a safe haven for ladies.

The gym pool and wifi study room run from 6am to 10 pm at night.
The pool is lit at night so you may want to relax in the pool or if you still have energy work off a few pounds for Christmas.

This unit is a prime unit within the complex with all the mod cons below 👇 on this page and those mentioned here.
No where else will you get such facilities in Las Piñas .

Torre Sur comes with a number of security guards for the condominium complex and a security door that will need a security card per person to swipe the security doors to get in and out and to enter the gym
The purchase of these cards are 350 peso's each person at the time of asking 16/09/24.
Soft shoes for the gym area and a swimming costume for the pool.
No day clothing to be used in the pool such as tee shirts.

Included in the rent is the swimming pool the gym the study room with free condominium complex wifi password from the reception.

The complex incorporates a bank and a number of fast food shops for easy living Lazada and shoppee deliveries Grab etc collected at the entrance.
Coach and jeepney pick up is easy for various destinations , SM, shops, Market, Cinema , night club etc , etc are all near by.
A perfect location for ease of life.
