‼️ Just a heads-up: only the bedrooms have AC, while the living room does not.

😴 Sleeping Arrangements

To ensure a comfortable stay and efficient use of the space, sleeping areas are assigned based on the number of guests:

🌟 3–6 guests: access to the Loft Bed area only

🌟 7–8 guests: access to both the Bedroom and Loft Bed areas

⚠️ The unit is located on the 4th floor and is accessible only via stairs. There is no elevator. Guests should be comfortable climbing several flights of stairs. Because of this, the property may not be suitable for senior citizens or guests with mobility concerns.

🅿️ Only roadside/street parking is available. Guests who choose to park in the area do so at their own risk, and the unit owner shall not be held liable for any incidents involving vehicles.

🛵 If you plan to bring a motorcycle, we would be happy to allocate a designated parking space near the unit for your convenience.
