**Basic FAQ's:**
1. **Starlink Coverage:** Our Starlink service is ready to use, provided there are no obstructions facing the sky. It can be used anywhere in the Philippines, except in motion or ocean areas, as these are prohibited usage zones.
2. **Device Delivery:** Upon agreement to our terms, we will promptly send you the Starlink unit in a protective durabox to ensure its safety during transit.
3. **Pickup Location:** You can conveniently pick up the Starlink unit at our location in San Mateo, Rizal, near Marikina and Quezon City. You can find us on Waze or Google Maps as "Optimistify Home."
4. **Easy-to-Use Device:** Using the Starlink device is simple and user-friendly. Upon completing the rental form, we will provide you with a video tutorial to guide you through its proper usage.
5. **Security Deposit:** To secure the rental, a refundable security deposit of 2,000 pesos will be charged. This deposit will be returned to you upon the device's satisfactory return in good condition.
