Newly built and opened for Christmas 2023, owned and operated by a Filipina-Swedish family. Sandash comprises, two fully equipped, modern and fresh, one-bedroom apartments for self-catering with separate kitchen/dining room for those seeking tranquillity in a country setting and away from the dense tourist areas, but still close proximity and easy access to all of Panglao’s amenities.

Sandash Studios are on the grounds of a private home with a stunning swimming pool with large sun-deck, and an outdoor hot tub/jacuzzi. You can enjoy a lazy evening with a glass of wine wine, whilst playing the French national pastime on our very own Petanque (boules) facility. The garden boasts a large open grill, a beautiful hexagonal picnic table made from the roots of a gemelina tree, a victim of the 2021 typhoon. The glass-top table is canopied by a succulent, fragrant jasmine tree on one side and a young avocado tree on the other. It overlooks a small zen garden.
📍LOCATION:
Located in the heart of Panglao Island, Sandash is a short distance to all points of interest on the island. World-famous Alona Beach with its bustling restaurant and night life is 12 minutes by car. Panglao International Airport is only 7 minutes away. The provincial capital, Tagbilaran and the sea port are also only 12 minutes away. There are several less populated beaches (Dumaluan, White Beach, Panglao Beach, etc.) only 5-10 minutes from Sandash.

Minimum rental period is 3 days

🚭A strictly NON-SMOKING policy applies inside studios but both have outdoor seating.
ℹ️OTHER INFO:
Airport pickup can be arranged 500 pesos, subject to availability
Car transport to Tagbilaran or port area 700 pesos, subject to availability
Taxis, car, motorbike and tricycle hire can also be arranged, likewise tourist excursions
Subject to availability, a baby cot can be provided at no cost.
Please also note that as of December 2023, some work remains ongoing with regard to landscaping. This primarily involves new grassing of parts of the garden and has no disruptive or disturbing influence.
For security, the area has 24-hour CCTV.
Parking space is available.
We have two very friendly small dogs. However, if you are allergic, Sandash is perhaps not quite and ideal choice for you.
