In my decades of teaching an elite sport of SCUBA diving, I have had the gracious opportunity to observed and encounter a lot of people from different walks of life and personalities. And have observed good and bad colleagues in the industry as well. A majority of those with the right attitude and professionalism, and sadly, a few of the opposite. If I may express myself in our native language, May I say, ang pagiging marangal, at respetadong g**o ay hindi nakukuha s pagiging maangas, walang respeto, at kaisipan na akala mo'y kung sino. Ang respeto ng tunay na instructor ay nakakamit hindi sa PAGYAYABANG, kundi sa PAGALINGAN sa pagtuturo, at sa pagiging MATAPAT, PASENSYOSO, MARESPETO, at HUMBLE din sa mga cliente, studyante, at ng mga kaugnay sa industria. Ang hanga at respeto ng bawat isa ay NAKAKAMIT sa tamang pag-aasal. Hindi HINIHINGI o iniisip na KARAPATAN .
