✅Light cooking only.
❌No hanging clothes at the balcony.
✅Food and drinks are allowed. ( No corkage )
🚭No smoking inside the unit as it may trigger the smoke alarm. Violators will be charged by the condo admin. except for balcony where ashtray is available
🧹CLAYGO, Guest are expected to clean up before check out.

- For cars 65php first 3hrs and 15php/ succeeding hr.
( overnight charge is 380php )
- For motorcycle 50php first 3hrs 10php/ succeeding hr.
( overnight charge is 260php )
