📌We are looking for Italian Chef De Cuisine
⭐️What you will do:
The Italian Chef de Cuisine will lead the flagship ultra-luxury culinary operations, overseeing both a high-volume signature restaurant and personalized 5 star dining across private villas, room service, the lounge, and poolside. This role requires a master of contemporary Italian gastronomy with expert skills in artisanal pasta, pizza fermentation, and precision char-grilling. Responsible for maintaining absolute perfection and driving menu innovation, you will inspire an elite culinary brigade to deliver flawless, bespoke dining experiences.
⭐️What you need to be:
Minimum of Three (3) to Five (5) years as a Chef de Cuisine or senior Sous Chef in a Michelin-starred or high-end fine dining Italian establishment, Culinary Arts degree or diploma from a recognized global institution (highly preferred), Expertise in authentic and modern Italian cuisine, including specialized dough fermentation, artisanal pasta making, and advanced meat curing/char-grilling.
