To All Our Valued Guests:

​This is a reminder that all bookings via Agoda and Airbnb are priced per person and come with specific rules. Our rates are already very budget-friendly, especially with our frequent 30% discounts.

​Unfortunately, we have noticed a dishonest trend among some guests. Some will book for 5 people but arrive with 9, or book for 7 and bring 15 in total.

​We kindly ask everyone to refrain from taking advantage of hosts this way. Electricity and water bills are very high right now. Every unauthorized guest or visitor you bring uses these utilities and our facilities.

​As per Agoda and Airbnb guidelines, we can and will cancel your booking with zero refund if we catch you bringing in extra, unauthorized guests.

​Let's keep transactions smooth and honest. If you have extra guests, please let us know in advance to avoid miscommunication. Please do not resort to getting angry just to avoid paying. We strictly condemn this kind of behavior.

​Please read and follow our house rules before booking and checking in. Do not get upset with us if you failed to read the details, and please do not look for amenities that are not listed. Every host is different, and we are completely transparent about our rules and inclusions.
