The property spans 100 square meter and the guests will enjoy complete access to the entire Condo. There are one Bedroom inside with extra foam.

The living room has 55 Inch flat screen TV. Speaker and Mic for Karaoke. Also have an L-Shape Sofa.

Penalty of 5,000php.

➡️GUEST ACCESS
Guests have full access to the entire Rest House.

✅CHECK IN: 3:00pm
⭕CHECK OUT: 11:00am

Early CHECK-IN is subject to availability and an additional fee of 1000 per hour applies.

We do not allow LATE CHECKOUT to ensure sufficient time for the thorough cleaning of the entire Condo.

🏡The Condo can accommodate up to 3 Pax.

👶Children 7 years old and below is not included in the headcount.

WE CHARGE 1,500php/Head in excess of 3 Pax.

Walk in and day guest is not allowed unless declare and will be charge 300 php per head.

📝BOOKING SHOULD BE MADE 1 WEEK BEFORE THE DATE OF YOU STAY.

💲PAYMENT FIRST UPON BOOKING THRU BANK TRANSFER OR GCASH.

🚫CANCELATION IS NOT ALLOWED A DAY BEFORE THE BOOKING DATE.
REFUND WILL BE DEDUCTED 50% IF PURSUE CANCELLING.

✅CANCELATION 12 HRS AFTER BOOKING.
✅DEPOSIT UPON CHECK IN

Fresh linens and toilet tissues are provided..

Please note that towels are not included as part of the amenities.
