🎉 No Parties/Loud Noise – Please respect neighbors, especially between 10 PM - 8 AM.
🥘 Light Cooking Only – Avoid strong-smelling foods like fried fish, dried fish, and bagoong.
🎤 Karaoke Use – Keep the volume at a reasonable level, especially after 10 PM to avoid disturbing neighbors.
🧺 Laundry Facilities – Coin-operated laundry available at Basement 1, North Tower. Handwashing of small laundry is permitted.
✅ Cleaning Services- Cleaning is not included during stay to ensure your privacy.
No Daily Cleaning Service – Enjoy your privacy! Fresh linens and towels are provided at check-in.
🧹 Cleaning & Garbage Disposal – Clean as you go. Garbage dumpsters are located at Basement 1. Excessive trash or unwashed dishes may incur a Php 1,000 cleaning fee.
⚠️ Stained Items (Sofa/Beddings/Towels) – Additional cleaning fees apply (Php 500-1,000 per item). If replacement is needed, full cost will be charged.
