We are looking for a reliable and organized Admin Assistant to help manage daily operations for our Airbnb resort business.
📌 Responsibilities
• Handle administrative tasks, records, payroll, and reports
• Assist with guest reservations, check-ins/check-outs, and housekeeping online coordination
• Ensure excellent customer service and guest experience
• Support marketing and daily resort operations
• Help maintain smooth and efficient workflows
📌 Qualifications
• Graduate of Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related courses
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
• Organized, proactive, and good in communication
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office is required
• Experience in Airbnb or hotel operations is an advantage
