As part of the Slow Food Community of Capiz, in collaboration with Nick Dolendo and All Season's & Taste Catering Services, we prepared dishes and drinks that were curated to fit the standards of what we call clean, good, and fair. The guests we had were chefs from Manila and advocates from Slow Food Iloilo.
