SAN NARCISO, ZAMBALES — A colorful countryside destination in Barangay Paite is drawing more attention from visitors as Bugtong Sunflower Farm continues to emerge as a must-visit agri-tourism attraction in San Narciso.
Located in Purok 2, Barangay Paite, the farm features wide fields of blooming sunflowers, fresh rural scenery, and vibrant rows of flowers that provide a relaxing stop for families, travelers, content creators, and nature lovers exploring Zambales.
According to Zambales Herald in a feature by Sylmar Calata Hora on June 2, 2026, Bugtong Sunflower Farm has become a popular venue for photoshoots, prenuptial sessions, family portraits, social media content, and other special occasions. Its natural setting offers visitors a bright and scenic backdrop, especially for those looking for a peaceful countryside experience away from busier tourist areas.
Aside from the sunflower fields, the farm also features other colorful flowers such as zinnias, marigolds, cosmos, and celosias, giving guests more spots for photography, short walks, and nature appreciation.
Visitors may also experience flower picking during their visit. Large sunflowers are priced at ₱100 each, while smaller blooms are available for ₱70. The farm is open daily from 8:00 a.m. until sunset, giving guests enough time to enjoy the view, take photos, and experience the calm atmosphere of the area.
Bugtong Sunflower Farm has also become a refreshing stopover for travelers heading to or coming from the beach destinations of San Narciso and nearby towns. Its combination of flowers, open fields, and rural charm adds another option to the growing tourism offerings of Zambales.
The farm reflects the increasing potential of agri-tourism in the province, where agricultural spaces are developed not only for production but also for recreation, education, photography, and local livelihood.
By combining farming and tourism, attractions like Bugtong Sunflower Farm help promote the natural beauty of San Narciso while also creating opportunities for local income, small businesses, and community-based tourism.
For visitors, the farm offers a simple yet memorable experience: a chance to walk among flowers, enjoy the countryside, take photos, and appreciate the quieter side of Zambales tourism.
As more travelers look for open-air, nature-based, and family-friendly destinations, Bugtong Sunflower Farm is expected to continue attracting guests and strengthening San Narciso’s position as one of the province’s emerging agri-tourism areas.
