🌴 Island Update & Guest Note 🌴
We can’t wait to welcome everyone heading to Siargao!
To help you prepare for a smooth stay, here’s a quick heads-up about island life right now: like many parts of Siargao, local tap water pressure can occasionally fluctuate due to limited island-wide freshwater resources. We truly apologize for any inconvenience this may cause during your trip, and we are doing everything we can to ensure your comfort.
How we’re keeping your stay seamless:
✨ Back-up water storage/pumps on site to minimize disruptions
💧 Complimentary purified drinking water provided throughout your stay
🕒 On-Site Team Support (9:00 AM – 9:00 PM): Our staff is available daily to check system pressure, assist with guest needs, or handle any water concerns before nightfall.
Quick Island Tips:
• Tap water is for bathing and washing—use provided purified water for drinking and brushing teeth.
• Mindful water use helps us protect our beautiful home island!
• If you need any assistance before the night, just let our team know before 9:00 PM.
Thank you so much for your understanding. Safe travels, enjoy the waves, and see you soon! 🌊✨
