We’ve been informed that some people are tagging us as “scammers,” which is completely false and unfair. We want to make this very clear — Cloud Eight Tagaytay is 100% legit.

For everyone’s awareness:
✔️ We allow walk-ins
✔️ We allow check-in first before payment — that’s how confident we are that we are legit
✔️ Our guests are given their unit number in advance, even before arriving at the lobby
✔️ These are practices that our previous guests already know and can confirm

📌 Our main profile page are May Maius, May Luboyan and Alejandro Orias Delagracia — please make sure you are transacting with the correct accounts only.

Yes, our page and unit are relatively new, but we have already accommodated real guests and provided legitimate stays.

We will also repost proof of a previous incident where we caught scammers pretending to be us.

If you ever see posts or comments claiming that we are a scam, please report it and let us know immediately. Your support helps us protect future guests and our business.
