BAYANIHAN FLIGHTS FROM BANGKOK (Aug. 5) AND JAKARTA (Aug. 8 )

Philippine Airlines will operate repatriation flights from Bangkok to Manila on August 5, and from Jakarta to Manila on August 8, as part of the Philippine Government’s “Bayanihan” repatriation program.

Please note the following reminders:

- Only Filipino Passport Holders will be allowed to board the flight.

- Passengers must present a valid negative Covid-19 RT-PCR test taken within 48 hours before departure and must undergo a second RT-PCR test after 7 days of quarantine.

- Passengers must present the One Health Pass QR code prior to aircraft boarding.

- Passengers will be subjected to 14 days facility-based quarantine upon arrival.

WHAT TO EXPECT BEFORE YOU FLY

As mandated by the Bureau of Quarantine, all passengers must present the One Health Pass QR code prior to aircraft boarding. The One Health Pass Declaration form collects the personal information, health status, and travel history of all passengers arriving in the Philippines. A separate form should be filled-out by each passenger including children.

All travelers should register to the Bureau of Quarantine e-Health Declaration Card including children. Register to the BOQ One Health Pass (OHP) to declare your personal information, health status, and travel history. Please note that this is a 2-step registration process.

Step 1 – to be accomplished at any time on or before your departure date: Register through https://www.onehealthpass.com.ph/e-HDC and completely fill out all required fields. Upon filling out the form, please ensure to save a copy of your unique transaction number, which you will need when you are at the airport to accomplish Step 2 below to complete your e-HDC registration.

Step 2: to be accomplished at the airport, prior to boarding your flight to the Philippines: Before boarding your flight, answer the e-HDC at https://www.onehealthpass.com.ph/e-HDC by entering your unique transaction number to retrieve your record. Upon completing all the information, you will receive your unique QR code which you need to present before boarding and upon arrival.

All information shared in the One Health Pass is collected and processed solely by the Bureau of Quarantine. The One Health Pass website is independent of PAL and PAL has no control over said website.

PAL TO COMPLY WITH PH GOVERNMENT GUIDELINES FOR AIR TRAVEL DURING METRO MANILA ECQ & HEIGHTENED GCQ

For the Metro Manila area, the Philippine Government has extended a heightened General Community Quarantine (GCQ) until August 5, 2021, and has imposed an Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ) effective August 6 until August 20, 2021.

Accordingly, for the heightened GCQ and ECQ periods until August 20, domestic travel to and from Manila will be limited only to essential travelers, including NCR Plus residents returning to Manila, in compliance with the air travel restrictions imposed by the authorities.

International and domestic flights to and from MANILA shall continue operating during the ECQ and heightened GCQ periods, subject to compliance with the travel restrictions and related travel protocols.

We may have to reduce or cancel flights on certain routes as a result of the restrictions, and we will make the appropriate announcements on any adjustments once these are finalized.

Please stay posted for any updates.
Affected passengers may opt to:
1. Rebook your flight to a later date;
2. Convert your ticket to a Travel Voucher;
3. Refund your ticket without penalties.
