Key Reminders Before You Book:
👥 Shared Property Experience: To open our doors to more guests and creators, standard bookings are now for a shared premium experience. By default, the villa grounds and pool area are shared spaces—meaning there may be 2 to 3 different separate groups or dine-in guests on the property at the same time.

👑 The Exclusivity Upgrade (+₱6,000): Celebrating a special milestone or simply want absolute privacy? You can easily lock down the entire property exclusively for your group by adding a ₱6,000 Exclusivity Upgrade to either room rate. This guarantees zero outside groups or bookings during your stay.

🔒 Security Deposit: Please note that a refundable security deposit of ₱5,000 is required upon check-in to cover any incidental damages during your stay. This will be fully returned upon a successful room clearance at check-out.

🍳 Breakfast Policy: Breakfast is not included in our room rates. However, our exceptional in-house catering service is fully available to handle all your premium meals!

🍾 Corkage Fee: To maintain our high standard of service, outside food and drinks are subject to a ₱2,000 corkage fee.
