MECHANICS of the Program:
1. For THE FIRST 80 Shares sold per Tranche, One (1) Share is equal to One (1) E- Raffle entry for each Buyer and the corresponding Seller (Network Sales Agent or Corporate Contact);
2. To win in the raffle, the Buyer's payment should be at least 6% of the Share Price or equal to 3 Monthly Amortization (including the partial Processing Fees) as indicated in the Approved Payment Schedule per Tranche, during the E-Raffle Draw.
3. The Seller (Network Seller or Corporate Contact) must be an Accredited Seller and his name must be specifically declared thru the Buyer's Information Sheet;
4. Buyers can win multiple times. The more shares bought, the more chances of winning!
5. On the other hand, Sellers’ accumulated E-Raffle entries from 975K to 1.650M Tranches will be drawn on the Grand Raffle, after the 1.650M Tranche has been sold out;
6. Grand Winner (Seller) will win a Brand-New Car! The odds of winning depend on the number of shares sold;
7. Employees of Brio de Agoho, and other sister companies, up to 2nd degree of affinity or consanguinity are not eligible to participate and win as Sellers;
8. There will be four (4) E-Raffle Draws per Tranche: The Raffle 20s, Raffle 40s, Raffle 60s, and Raffle 80s;
9. The date of E-Raffle Draw is 3 months after the last buyer for each E-Raffle Draws (20th, 40th, 60th, 80th Buyer);
10. Prizes are not transferrable, redeemable for cash, or exchanged for any other prize;
11. To claim the prizes, Winners must present the following:
a. Valid ID with picture and address;
b.Official text, email notification, or printed out notification.
12. Winners must claim their prizes at 2F FCL Center, #15 Xavierville Ave. Loyola Hts. QC or Brio de Agoho, Candelaria, Zambales within sixty (60) days from the receipt of notification, or risk forfeiture;
13. E- Raffle Draws will be held at the Accreditation Day. Winners will be notified by phone and email. List of Winners will be posted thru Brio de Agoho Official page, Instagram, and FValentin FB Page;
14. Buyers with delayed monthly amortization payments will not be eligible for the raffle;
15. Transfer and Cancellation of Shares before the Raffle Draw, wherein your entry is included automatically forfeits the chances of winning for both the Client and the Seller;
16. In Cancellation of Shares, any instalments or partial payments made by the Client, shall be non-refundable;
17. Duration of the program will be from May 2021 up to March 2022.
