The construction cost for Jpark Island Resort & Waterpark in Panglao, Bohol, is estimated to be at least PHP 8 billion (approximately USD 144 million). This resort is set on a 24-hectare property and includes 1,100 rooms, making it one of the largest beach resorts in the Philippines​
As for information, a waterpark cost estimation for a 1hectar waterpark would normaly be from 5M to 10M USD$, the cost of the actual waterpark will be way more interesting than investing in another similar type of business.

Post Conclusion :
Most business makers were either unaware of a good supply chain, or unaware of the materials needed from the start, leading to over expenses, as well as to overestimation of their capabilities to build the complete resorts with equity. A complete supply chain, adequacy with the needs of the whole resort, should have been done with a better preparation and a deepest investigation.
Maximal Capacity and capabilities of the resort, as well as intense investigation have been made for Dragon Slides Union to prevent those mistakes and unecessary expenses.

On how Dragon’s Den Resort became a live project

Actualy, the project took live only 3years ago, while Project SHCC is born in my heart since I’m young, and started to be a live project only in 2013. Both Projects are something that I did dream for a very long time (actualy, they started to grow more in my heart after my 25, and quite long after I did start to help families in Philippines (mostly around Mindanao area due to terrorism)

So yes, Dragon’s Den Resort started to really be a live project 3 years ago. With all the data gathered since 2013, it was easy to build up the Business Plan, as it was, at first, pretty similar to the Health Care Center...

However, the size planned from the start was only 5 Hectares, and we suddenly found this awesome place for a better price, on one of the 3 nicest island in Philippines, and it’s 18Hectares! So I had to adapt, realising the first quotations I made would be unsufficiant to “fill in” all that space... I first started to wonder if 3 deep wells would be enough, and I realised that with today technologies, it would be enough, our pump supplier is actualy one of the best in the World for that, as his pumps will also be used for our 2 Hectares of swimming pools, for our water supply to all the buildings in the Resort. We may, however, need to make a 4 deep well, later on, for new parts of the Resort.

So yes, Dragon’s Den Resort came to live, because and thanks to Project SHCC. It’s a double dream getting real. As the First SHC Center will be built at the Resort too.
