Hiran Minar is a beautiful Mughal-era monument located in Sheikhupura, near Lahore.,
It was built during the reign of Emperor Jahangir in the early 17th century.
The monument was constructed in memory of his beloved pet deer named Mansraj.
The tall tower (minar) marks the burial place of the deer.
Later, a large water tank and a beautiful pavilion were added to create a peaceful royal retreat.
It shows the Mughal emperor’s love for animals and nature.
The site was used as a hunting lodge and relaxation place.
