HOUSE RULES
- Rent payment should be made by the lessee in advance
- Once the room is allotted and rent is paid by the lessee, it will not be returned at
any cost
-Lessee will be responsible for any damage to the building, furniture, or other
accessories the room and lessee has to fix or pay for it according to the
the market value of the thing
-Noise and any sort of disturbance to other
guests should be avoided.
-Vulgar, immoral or any inappropriate activities in the permission of the hotel will
not be tolerated at any cost, in that case, the lessee has to vacate the hotel with
immediate effect willy-nilly
- Extra guests/moreover decided persons will not be permissible and
admissible in any case
- Usually, the Check-out time will be considered well before 12:00 pm (noon)
- Cleanliness in the premises of the hotel should be maintained and should be considered as a top priority
- Water should be used adequately and should not be wasted carelessly.
