Lasting one week during September 2020 and located in beautiful Baleal, 90km north from the capital of Lisbon, Portugal.

For our breakfast buffets we’ve decided to use delicious and healthy superfoods by the Portuguese brand and !
You will be able to try their h**p seeds, spirulina, acai, wheat grass, reishi and many more fascinating upgrades to your smoothie bowl 🤗

We are glad to introduce you Joy ! She will be teaching you yoga at the retreat this year 🧘🏻‍♀️Originally from France, she studied and trained for many years in UK but ended up living in Portugal. We are so lucky to work with her because she is not only a yoga guru but a professional osteopath. Moreover, recently she obtained an additional diploma in canine osteopathy 🐶 (and other animals)!

So, your sore surf muscles will be in reliable hands without a doubt 🙌

We are so happy to work this year together with surf instructors Luís and Audrey - a couple of professionals who have many years of teaching experience. Luís is from Peniche (local área) and has been working as a surf instructor since 2008. Audrey is from Belgium but moved here 15 years ago (attention! you might also move after coming to our retreat 😁)... we support their individual approach and working with small groups in order to preserve quality. Together we will make your experience unforgettable 🤗

The beauty of organic vegetables lies within: their flavor is incredibly strong and tasty and they contain 0% nasty substances 🤗 from the outside they are imperfect, have different colors and shapes and would not appear at the supermarket counter. However they are much appreciated at our table 🤤

This is Alina and she is the one responsible for the kitchen workflow 🤗

It means many of the meals (but not Miguel’s famous pancakes! 😁) were created (and still being improved everyday) by her and you will see her hassling around with her apron to satisfy your taste buds 👩‍🍳

We try to include as many local seasonal products as possible to make a sustainable plant based menu and support local organic farms. We support farms growing their veggies with respect to the Nature 🌱🌍

Please note that at our retreat we will be working wearing gloves and masks as per the safety guidelines 😷
