It is with great pleasure that we announce the promotion of two of our kitchen team members: Anabarbara Vieira to Head Chef and Tiago Vaz Velho to Sous Chef.
With talent, precision and plenty of passion, they have left their mark on every dish that leaves our kitchen. These promotions recognise a journey built on dedication and countless hours by the stove.
We thank them for all their hard work and proudly celebrate this new chapter in their lives, which will surely bring plenty of flavour ahead!

Com talento, rigor e muita paixão, têm deixado a sua marca em cada prato que sai da nossa cozinha. Estas promoções são o reconhecimento de um percurso feito de dedicação e de muitas horas junto ao fogão.
