It is in walking distance between the main beach where most of the cafes and restaurants are (8 min walk, 650 m) and Sitio (14 min walk, 850) and the light house (20 min, 850 m) from which you can watch the big

waves of Praia del Norte in winter. There is a public parking space if you come by car. The apartment is accessible via street stairs that connect two streets (Rua Eduardo Issac & Av Circular Norte), and you enter the apartment through the terrace entrance. The apartment has beach equipment that you can use (boogie boards, 2 parasols, picknick blankets and cooler bags) and also an e-bike.
