ZENITH - conference & spa hotel was built in the 50’s and was renovated in 2005, improvements being brought every single year after it’s renovation year. In 2008 a new management team was implemented and in the same year the Golden Tulip International chain decided to expand it’s portfolio of hotels by adding Golden Tulip Mamaia, a hotel situated in the south-eastern part of Romania, combining the
traditional business substance of the chain with leisure so that the hotel is opened all year round. In June 2010, the most up to date and versatile conference venue on the Romanian Riviera, “Zenith Events Center” was inaugurated. Starting with January, 2016, the hotel’s shareholders decided not to renew the franchise agreement with Golden Tulip, as from January 2016 the hotel will be included in the Top International Hotel’s portfolio.
