We sat down with General Manager Johanna and the crew to talk about what makes Stopover special. Their answer was clear: the people.
For Johanna, the goal is simple: guests should feel that they can relax from the moment they arrive.
“If they leave with more energy than when they came, then we’ve succeeded.”
Stopover is designed to make life easier for people on the road, with easy parking and check-in, comfy rooms and great food at Viaggio. But easy and efficient doesn’t have to mean impersonal. It’s the warm welcome and genuine care from the crew that bring the Stopover experience to life.
