Ensure all daily reservations and check out are prepared in advance.
Block and manage all reservations to ensure guest has a smooth check-in.
All check-in procedures and paperwork are in order.
Assist other department if necessary.
Ensure the hotel reception area is neat and tidy.
Maintain good guests relation at all times.
Address and handle all guests complaint promptly.
Prepare all daily cash handover for your shift to the taking over shift.
All outstanding issues during your shifts are properly handed over to the next shift.
Perform other duties as assigned by your manager.
Other details will be discussed during interview.
