Within the storied halls of Raffles Singapore, every service at 1887 by André begins long before the first course arrives. It starts with thoughtful craftsmanship, genuine hospitality and a shared pursuit of excellence—values that shape every guest’s journey at the table.​

Today, we are deeply honoured that 1887 by André has been awarded Two Michelin Stars and Opening of the Year in the MICHELIN Guide (official) Singapore 2026.
​
Receiving this recognition is both humbling and inspiring. It is a testament to the dedication and craftsmanship of Chef Ben Wang and the entire brigade, the service team, under the guidance of Chef-Patron Andre Chiang, and to the trust our guests have placed in us from the very beginning.​

This year’s mooncake box features a commissioned artwork by artist Nicole Koo, in collaboration with ART:DIS (Arts and Disability Singapore). Inspired by the timeless elegance of Raffles Hotel Singapore’s colonial architecture and the beauty of gardens around Singapore, the watercolour artwork is adorned with peonies symbolising abundance and prosperity, capturing the spirit of reunion and celebration that sits at the heart of the Mid-Autumn Festival.
