After 3 days of intense case review by our judges, the semifinalists have been selected and notified! The 12 teams are:

A very warm thank you to all teams for your participation in the inaugural chapter of the MEIT Case Challenge, and congratulations to the semifinalists!

The 12 teams will progress on to a 24-hour case challenge this weekend, from 23rd to 24th March, from which the finalists and ultimate winners will emerge on the same day.

A closing dinner reception serving Middle Eastern cuisine will be held on the evening of 24 March for all semifinalists as well as the judges and the organizing committee. Limited spaces are also available for interested non-semifinalists, so do RSVP!

We look forward to meeting all of you this weekend. All the best for the upcoming round of competition!

The organizing committee thanks the participants for their valuable feedback. Instead of a trip to Dubai, the competition prizes have been changed to cash prizes! Our heartfelt thanks to the Middle East Institute (MEI) for the sponsorship of the following:

Champion team · $2000 in cash
2nd team · $1200 in cash
3rd team · $800 in cash

Furthermore, a $200 cash prize for special mention will also be given out to an outstanding team.
