When the culinary legend himself, Chef Martin Yan (Chef Martin Yan), checks into Aqueen Hotel Paya Lebar, you know something special is cooking!

Beyond hosting Chef Yan during his stay in Singapore, our culinary team at Petite Menu had the absolute honor of sitting down with him for an exclusive, intimate sharing session. From timeless techniques to the evolving art of Asian cuisine, Chef Yan shared invaluable wisdom, hearty laughs, and plenty of inspiration with Chef Michael and the kitchen team.

As Chef Yan famously says, “If Yan can cook, so can you!” and we’re taking that energy straight into our kitchen! 🔥
