The casting of the base slab for the L-shaped retaining wall at the entrance road has now started.

We have now started with the road up to the new building and the new pool area. We are building a retaining wall along the road and the first material has arrived 🤗

Today we have started further excavation works in the expansion area.
The excavation is expected to take around two days and will allow us to accurately determine the required specifications for our custom-ordered piles, ensuring the correct length for the foundation works.

We have one pool apartment left for sale and two 67 sqm apartments.

Our accessible apartments by the pool have been upgraded and now feature two bedrooms. These units will be designated as adults-only.

Last Saturday, the excavator arrived at the expansion area and began the initial ground works. The purpose of this work is to determine and prepare the exact locations for the piling of the new pool area and the J Building.

This is the first step in the construction process and ensures correct positioning before the next phase of work begins.
